Shipping & Returns

How Do I Place An Order?
You can select items using the shopping basket facility in the shop and follow the instructions for the checkout process. You cannot pay for your goods at this stage. We will receive an email with your order and will email you back with details of availability, shipping costs and estimated delivery time. We will also attach an invoice.

If you're happy with the order details you can then select your preferred method of payment from the options given in our email to you i.e. by Paypal, bank transfer or cheque. The goods will be shipped once your payment has cleared.

Institutions (schools etc) can send their order with their official order form to receive the goods with an invoice.

Do You Accept Credit/Debit Cards?
We are able to accept all major credit/debit cards through Paypal.

Where Do You Ship To & How Much Will It Cost?
At the moment, we can ship to the UK and to some European countries. For countries not on our list please do not hesitate to email us for a shipping quote and we will try our best to accommodate you. Postage, packing & handling costs will be sent to you by email in reply to your order (please see top of page). A reputable courier sends all packages and a certificate of posting is obtained each time.

What Are Your Delivery charges?
This depends on the weight of your order and the delivery address. To be fair to our customers we won't charge a pre-calculated amount but will work it out individually depending on your order so that you get the best price.

How Quickly Do You Ship The Goods Out?
Parcels will be usually sent out within one week of receiving payment but please allow up to 28 days for delivery in case we need to get certain items in. For urgent orders please contact us for delivery costs. You will be informed in the reply email from us when to expect your goods.

All prices quoted on the website and in the shop are in UK pounds (Sterling / GBP)

What About Returns & Refunds?
If you wish to return an item you have to notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced or refunded.
